About Agware


Agware Pty Ltd was founded in Ballarat to accomodate the machinery needs of farmers Australia wide. In 2011 Agware celebrates over 25 successful years of making, modifying and repairing farm and agricultural machinery. The business is still owned and operated by three of the original four founders. Peter Myers, Frank Harrison and Max Capuano have a combined total of over 120 years of experience between them. The company was originally started to meet the demands from throughout the country for quality custom built equipment, designed to suit the individuals requirements, rather than those of customers in other countries.

The Directors of Agware insist on keeping up with the latest developments and technologies, and the team are ever ready to design, modify or improve their extensive range of products in order to deliver the result the client is seeking. A strong commitment to customer service has seen the Company acquire a highly respected name within the industry.

Most aspects of the manufacturing process is handled in a large well equipped engineering factory located in Ballarat, Victoria, Australia. Different sections handle the planning, design, sheet metal, rubber moulding, chain manufacture, hydraulic system assembly, and so on, to the final process of spraypainting. We build everything we sell.

Also on site is our large Spare Parts Division which stock goods required for repairs and maintenance of all Myers, Agware, Irish and Farm-Master Machinery, as well as many imported lines. Less commonly sought parts are made to order on the premises, usually within 24 hours. Spare Parts and replacements are despatched every day right across the nation.

The company attends and exhibits at most major Field days, or are represented by Dealers, which are located in almost every state across the country.
