Multi Purpose 4000/5000 Spreaders:

    * Twin contra rotating flat or dished spinners for even spread up to 20 metres.
    * Variable speed by pressure comensated flow valve, hydraulic drive spinner for maximum control of speed for various materials including; Fertiliser, Lime, Gypsum, Fowl Manure and Saw Dust.
    * Bottom shaft support by a durable seal regreasable Bearing for reduced maintenance.
    * Wide Endless Belt to handle difficult materials. Durable thick Rubber belt with two High Strength synthetic plys convey the material efficiently and allows for self cleaning.
    * Drive roller is rubber lagged and crowned for maximum grip and easy alignment. Tail roller has external adjustment for easy alignment and tension.
    * Belt carry rollers are on close centres with plastic bushes and 3/4" shaft for simple, effective maintenance.
    * A solid fram from heavy RHS with Ball connection and fully welded 3mm (1/8") Hopper for strength and durability.
    * Ground drive is from one of the heavy Hub assemblies by roller chain and dog clutch. Hence ground drive may be varied by door opening or altering the double reduction Heavy Chain Drive.
    * Belt widths are 660mm for the 4000 GWD or 910mm on the 5000 GWD.
    * Options include: Self contained Hydraulics, Belt Distributor for Vineyards, Electronic Computers for spreading, or any Special requirements can be added to suit customer specific needs and requirements.
